A growing company in Bergen is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough data analysis using various tools and techniques
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets to inform business decisions
- Develop reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement or optimization
- Monitor data quality, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with programming languages such as Python or R is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
