Data Mining Analyst


We are hiring a highly skilled Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends that can help inform business decisions. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining data mining tools and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large amounts of data from various sources
- Identify patterns and trends through data analysis
- Develop and maintain data mining tools and processes
- Communicate findings to the rest of the team in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with other analysts to develop insights that can drive business decisions
- Continuously monitor data quality and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into data mining processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data mining, preferably in a business setting
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, clustering, and decision trees
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) such as MySQL or Oracle
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot inaccuracies or inconsistencies in data
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or a related field
- Experience with machine learning techniques
- Knowledge of big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Monte-Carlo (free visa and ticket provided)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
