Senior Architectural Designer

As a Senior Architectural Designer in our firm located in Fonvieille, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects. Your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs and expectations. You will collaborate with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Your expertise in architectural design software and knowledge of building codes and regulations will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
- Utilize architectural design software to create 2D/3D models, renderings, and presentations.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design proposals.
- Oversee the production of construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, details, etc.
- Review and approve materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment selections.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs.
- Communicate effectively with contractors during the construction phase to address any issues or modifications.
- Keep up-to-date with new trends, technologies, materials, and building codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Preferred:
- Professional license or certification as an Architectural Designer.
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Fonvieille or similar location.

Salary: 1000$ per week.
