Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine property boundaries, creating maps and reports, and providing accurate measurements for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and topographical features
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to collect accurate data
- Create maps and reports using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Provide precise measurements for construction projects, including roads, buildings, and pipelines
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project accuracy
- Research land records, titles, and other documents to verify property ownership and legal boundaries
- Prepare survey reports for clients or government agencies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using CAD software for mapping and report creation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Valid driver's license

This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and nationalities. Part-time positions may also be available for those who meet the requirements.
