We are looking for an organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Atlanta, USA. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor budget and expenses
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Support team members with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
