As a seasonal restaurant manager in Nakuru, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant. Your main duties will include managing and training staff, maintaining high-quality customer service standards, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for the food and hospitality industry. While no previous experience is required, candidates with previous restaurant or management experience will be given preference.
Your responsibilities will include creating work schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and adhering to health and safety regulations. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
This is a seasonal position, so we are seeking candidates who are flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Accommodation is not provided, so we prefer candidates who are already located in Nakuru or are willing to make their own arrangements.
To be considered for this role, you must have a valid biometric passport from Egypt. Knowledge of English is not required for this position as long as you can communicate effectively in Arabic.
