Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager



We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, based in Fonvieille. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in civil engineering and previous experience managing construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Conduct site visits and meetings with contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Hire and supervise subcontractors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering with at least 1 year as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, codes, and standards
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects preferred
