We are a well-established barber shop located in Clairvaux, Africa. We are seeking a talented and experienced Barber to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about men's grooming and looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide quality haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services to clients
- Use clippers, scissors, razors, and other tools to achieve desired styles
- Ensure a clean and well-maintained work station at all times
- Keep up with current trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and making them feel comfortable
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain a schedule for efficient operations
- Upsell products and services to clients based on their needs
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of past haircuts/hairstyles
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting techniques, beard trimming, and men's grooming products
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Good time-management skills to keep up with appointments and maintain a clean work environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours if needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in barbering preferred
- Proficiency in using barbering tools such as clippers, scissors, razors etc.
- Knowledge of different hair types, textures, and styles
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month along with potential tips from satisfied clients.
