Job Title: Blast Furnace Operator



We are seeking a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Split. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces used in the production of iron and steel.

Responsibilities:
- Operate blast furnaces according to established procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor furnace temperatures, pressures, and other indicators to ensure proper functioning
- Adjust furnace controls as needed to maintain desired temperatures and production levels
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or abnormalities, making necessary repairs or adjustments
- Coordinate with other operators and workers to ensure smooth operation of the furnace
- Maintain accurate records of production levels, maintenance tasks, and any issues encountered during operation
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Prior experience as a Blast Furnace Operator preferred
- Knowledge of furnace operations and maintenance practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy machinery and high temperatures
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as needed

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
