Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Store in Acre, Israel

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our fashion retail store in the beautiful city of Acre, Israel. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and arranging products in an attractive and organized manner to attract customers. Your main objective will be to increase sales by effectively showcasing our products and keeping up with the latest fashion trends.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buyers and store managers to plan and execute merchandising strategies
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase the latest fashion trends and highlight promotions
- Ensure products are appropriately priced, labeled, and displayed according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with buyers about restocking needs
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Train sales associates on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Maintain visual standards of the store by regularly tidying up displays, restocking products, and cleaning shelves
- Utilize data analysis tools to track sales performance of different product categories

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends and ability to translate them into effective merchandising displays
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Acre, Israel (no accommodation provided)
