Merchandiser for Retail Store in Acre

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Acre. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store displays are visually appealing and stocked with the latest products. Your main duties will include setting up displays, restocking shelves, and monitoring inventory levels.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a retail environment is preferred. This position offers a salary of $1400 per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.

As a Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up and maintaining store displays according to company guidelines
- Restocking shelves and ensuring that products are correctly labeled
- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating any shortages or overstock to management
- Collaborating with the sales team to create promotional displays and increase sales
- Conducting regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Assisting in organizing product shipments and deliveries
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering product questions and assisting with purchases as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in merchandising or retail is preferred
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking purposes
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques is a plus
