Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects, from conception to completion. Your role will involve working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process and manage project teams to deliver high-quality designs
- Develop project proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review project documentation and provide technical guidance
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status
- Mentor junior architects in the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a managerial role
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
