Preservation Architect
A reputable preservation architecture firm in Shan is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical structures and buildings, ensuring they are maintained for future generations to appreciate and enjoy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historical structures and buildings to determine their condition and required restoration work
- Developing and implementing preservation plans that adhere to local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the preservation work is done accurately and efficiently
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Conducting research on historical structures and materials to inform restoration decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historical preservation techniques, materials, and regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Shan. While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, candidates with prior experience working in India or knowledge of Indian architecture will be given preference.
