Electrician for Residential Buildings


We are seeking an experienced Electrician for Residential Buildings to join our team in Dubai. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential buildings. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain wiring, lighting, and other electrical systems in residential buildings
- Inspect electrical components and identify any faults or defects
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Repair or replace faulty wiring, switches, outlets, and other electrical fixtures
- Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure their safety and functionality
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to all safety regulations and follow proper procedures when working with electricity
- Collaborate with other team members or contractors on larger projects
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners by addressing their concerns and explaining the work being done

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician in residential buildings
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to electrical work
- Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics
- Familiarity with various types of electrical equipment such as meters, transformers, circuit breakers, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
- High level of physical stamina and strength as the job may involve climbing ladders or working in confined spaces

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided.
