Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the library, including overseeing staff and volunteers
- Develop and maintain collections that meet the needs and interests of our patrons
- Provide reference services and assist with research inquiries
- Plan and coordinate events and programs for all ages
- Create engaging displays to promote library materials and services
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in librarianship, technology, and literature
- Collaborate with other departments within the library to enhance overall patron experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a library setting
- Knowledge of current library practices, technologies, and trends
- Strong customer service skills with ability to work well with diverse populations
- Proficiency in using library databases, cataloguing systems, and other technology tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $1400 per month.

This position is based in Dickirch, Luxembourg.
