Experienced Roofer in Monte-Carlo


We are seeking a skilled and experienced roofer to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a roofer, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and installing various types of roofs for residential and commercial properties within the city. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in roofing and must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage and identify necessary repairs
- Repair or replace damaged roof materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal sheets
- Install new roofs on new constructions or renovations
- Follow safety measures while working on roofs such as wearing protective gear and using safety equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide recommendations for roof maintenance or repairs
- Keep track of materials used and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a roofer
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to read building plans and blueprints
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Own basic hand tools required for roofing jobs
- Must have own accommodation in Monte-Carlo
and valid visa to work in the city

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
