Job Title: Puncher for Construction Company in Nairobi



Our construction company is seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team in Nairobi. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of construction work by fixing any imperfections or defects in the building materials and structures. You will work closely with our construction team to identify and fix any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect building materials and structures for any imperfections or defects
- Use tools such as hammers, chisels, and sandpaper to fix any issues found
- Communicate with construction team to identify areas that need attention
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control
- Complete punch list items within a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Puncher or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of building materials and tools used for fixing imperfections
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
$1400 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
