A metal fabrication company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for using various hand and power tools to punch holes, notches, and other shapes into metal materials according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with different metals and possess strong manual dexterity. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate hand and power tools such as punches, hammers, and drills to create holes and shapes in metal materials
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job orders to determine the correct measurements and specifications for punching
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes, making any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for punching operations
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Puncher in a metal fabrication setting
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used for punching
- Ability to read technical drawings and job orders accurately
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
