Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain company databases to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with databases and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and comply with industry regulations
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for all databases
- Work closely with developers to optimize database design and performance
- Train staff on database management best practices and provide support when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Strong understanding of database design, data manipulation, and data security principles
- Experience with troubleshooting database issues and optimizing performance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
