Administrative Assistant - Acre, Israel
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Acre. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing paperwork
- Coordinating with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Handling incoming calls and emails and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Managing travel arrangements for employees
- Providing support to colleagues as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Hebrew is preferred but not required
