Machine Operator (Indian Nationals Preferred)



A reputable manufacturing company in Ashdod is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of machines to produce high-quality products. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, grinding, and shaping materials
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator
- Experience with operating different types of machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Indian national with valid visa sponsorship or work permit in Israel
- Fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
