We are a leading solar energy company based in Vilnius and we are seeking experienced Solar Installers to join our team. As a Solar Installer, your main responsibility will be to install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. You will also be responsible for conducting site surveys, troubleshooting any issues, and ensuring all installations meet safety standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Solar Installer
- Knowledge of solar panel systems and electrical wiring
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement for solar panels
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
- Connect electrical wiring between panels, inverters, and the main power supply
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and regulations
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-Lithuanian applicants.
