Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth in our company. This position is based in Triesen and we are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to maintain loyalty and increase repeat business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Valid work visa for Liechtenstein
