Indian Executive Chef in Doha, Qatar


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating delicious and innovative dishes that will delight our customers. Your passion for cooking and expertise in Indian cuisine will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and create menus featuring traditional Indian dishes with a modern twist
- Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Oversee the ordering of supplies and maintain budget control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Develop new recipes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal menus and special promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, as well as modern cooking techniques
- Ability to create new dishes while also maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with restaurant management and staff
- Understanding of food cost control measures to maintain budgetary requirements

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Doha, Qatar.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidate must have a valid biometric passport for travel.
