Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Clairvaux. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for producing technical drawings and construction documents for architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts and translate them into detailed technical drawings
- Prepare accurate construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Conduct site visits to gather information for drawings and make necessary revisions as needed
- Communicate with contractors and other consultants to ensure accurate interpretation of design intent
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred
