We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for building construction projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all designs comply with building regulations and meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and provide technical advice
- Ensure that all designs comply with building regulations and codes
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess potential construction issues
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor project progress to ensure that designs are being accurately implemented
- Evaluate the environmental impact of building materials and methods used in projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Clairvaux, France
