Heavy Equipment Operator for Construction Company in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are currently hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for our construction company in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes. You will work closely with our construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Requirements:
- Must be a Nepali national with English speaking skills
- Must be able to work full-time in Kaunas without accommodation
- No previous experience is required as we provide on-the-job training
- Must have a valid visa and be willing to travel to Lithuania for work

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project needs and specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate effectively with construction team members to coordinate tasks
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and report any issues or concerns

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic mechanics and maintenance procedures is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
