Restaurant Manager - Los Angeles
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Los Angeles. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, from managing staff and ensuring quality service to maintaining financial performance and creating a positive dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create schedules for employees, manage payroll, and handle employee-related issues
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed while controlling costs
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
