Job Title: Concrete Worker

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in the US. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces for various construction projects. You will also be required to operate various tools and equipment such as power saws, drills, and trowels to complete your tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up appropriate materials
- Mix concrete materials according to specifications
- Pour and spread concrete evenly using wheelbarrows or pumps
- Smooth surfaces with hand or power tools
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments
- Repair damaged or cracked concrete surfaces as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in different weather conditions
- Knowledge of mixing ratios for various types of concrete mixtures
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
