Senior Floral Designer


As a Senior Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, parties, and corporate events. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our clients' visions are brought to life through your designs. You will also be responsible for managing a team of junior designers and providing guidance and training when needed.

To excel in this role, you must have a passion for flowers and design, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a floral designer is required, along with knowledge of different types of flowers and their care. Additionally, proficiency in English is necessary to communicate with our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Designing unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for various events
- Communicating with clients to understand their vision and preferences
- Managing inventory of flowers and materials
- Training and guiding junior designers
- Ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Maintaining the quality standards of our company
- Staying updated on current trends in floral design
- Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a floral designer
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required)

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Nairobi (Indian candidates preferred)
