Sales Representative - Malindi, Kenya



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Malindi. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to potential customers, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential clients
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Ability to build productive business relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Salary: $1400/month + commission

Location: Malindi, Kenya

This position is open to Canadians or Filipinos who are legally authorized to work in Kenya. Accommodation can be provided for qualified candidates if needed. Part-time options are available for those who require it.
