Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in the vibrant city of Gujrat. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and delicious meals to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus based on seasonal availability, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions
- Manage food inventory and ensure its freshness and quality
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen employees
- Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity in menu planning and execution with a passion for culinary trends
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, management, and customers
Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary: $900 per month
Location: Gujrat, India (open to all nationalities)
