Chef de Cuisine


As a Chef de Cuisine at our upscale restaurant in Gujrat, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and menu creation. This is a hands-on position that requires creativity, leadership, and a passion for food.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menu items that showcase local ingredients and reflect current food trends
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high quality and consistency in food preparation
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor budget and control costs to achieve financial goals
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new concepts, promotions, and events

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Creative mindset with the ability to constantly innovate menu offerings
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
