Glazier Assistant

We are a reputable glazing company based in Funchal, seeking a reliable and hardworking Glazier Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the glass and glazing industry and be able to assist our Glaziers with various tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting Glaziers with measuring, cutting, and installing glass
- Cleaning and preparing surfaces for glass installation
- Loading and unloading glass from vehicles
- Operating hand tools and power tools as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in the glass and glazing industry preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy pieces of glass
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
