Experienced Handyman in St. Petersburg

We are in need of an experienced and skilled Handyman to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks for our clients' properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Perform repairs and replacements as needed, including fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and troubleshooting electrical issues
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, caulking, and cleaning
- Install appliances or equipment as required by clients
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one independently
