We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at a busy salon in Mombasa. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting and styling different hair types and textures, as well as knowledge of current trends and techniques. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them about their desired haircut or style
- Provide hair cutting, shaving, and grooming services using appropriate tools and techniques
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current trends, products, and techniques in the industry
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Upsell additional services or products as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting techniques for different hair types
- Up-to-date with current trends in men's grooming
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to client needs
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
Salary: $1600 USD/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Mombasa, Kenya (preference for Pakistani candidates)
Language: English fluency required
