Job Title: Moderator - Ashdod, Israel


We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to join our team as a Moderator in Ashdod, Israel. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and forums to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums for inappropriate content or behavior
- Enforce community guidelines and policies by addressing violations in a timely manner
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive online community environment
- Identify trends in user behavior and provide feedback to improve community engagement

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy
- Prior experience as a moderator or in customer service is preferred

Salary:
This is a contract position with a monthly salary of $1300 USD. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Nationality:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Indian nationals.
