A reputable construction company in Malindi is searching for a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks on construction sites and ensuring the safety and quality of all welded structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with different types of metals and welding techniques, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks according to project specifications and safety guidelines
- Inspect welds for defects and make necessary repairs
- Use various tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, and plasma cutters
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in welding preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Welder in the construction industry
- Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.) and working with different types of metals including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Malindi, Kenya. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally authorized to work in Kenya.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. We also offer part-time positions for those seeking more flexible schedules.
