Industrial Engineer (Pakistani Nationals)


We are a leading industrial engineering company based in Lusail, seeking highly motivated and skilled Pakistani professionals to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing production processes and implementing efficient solutions to optimize productivity. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflow
- Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Monitor production output and implement corrective actions as needed
- Identify potential cost savings opportunities while maintaining quality standards
- Train staff on new processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.

This job is located in Lusail, Qatar.
