Seasonal Barista in Bayan, Kuwait (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team for the busy seasonal period in our café located in Bayan, Kuwait. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for coffee and customer service while working in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure the quality of drinks by following recipes and maintaining proper measurements
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register balances
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and dining area according to health standards
- Restock supplies as needed throughout shift

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is required
- Must be an Indian national with valid residence visa or transferable work permit for Kuwait
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of service
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Working Conditions:
This is a seasonal job with an expected duration of 3 months. The working hours may vary depending on business needs but will typically be 8-hour shifts. Flexibility with scheduling is required as weekends and holidays may be included. This position offers competitive pay rate of 1100$ per month.
