IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Dickirch. As our IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technological advancement
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and regularly tested
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems and provide technical support when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and find solutions to improve efficiency
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security systems, and data management
- Experience managing budgets and implementing cost-effective solutions
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards a common goal
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-tech staff

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Salary may be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
