We are hiring a talented and experienced Florist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
- Maintaining the flower shop's inventory and ordering fresh flowers regularly
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and offering expert advice
- Managing budgets and pricing for floral arrangements
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in the industry and incorporating them into your designs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creative eye for design and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
