We are hiring a talented and creative Florist to join our team in Kaunas! As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for special occasions such as weddings, funerals, and corporate events. You will also assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and plants for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique and eye-catching floral arrangements
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their flower selection and purchase
- Keep up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques
- Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time
- Collaborate with other team members to execute large-scale events or projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Kaunas, Lithuania. However, we are open to considering candidates from other locations within the country.

Preference:
Filipino nationalities are preferred for this position. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Work Hours:
This is a contract job with flexible work hours. However, during peak seasons or events, longer work hours may be required.

Accommodation:
This position does not come with accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodation in Kaunas or be willing to relocate.

We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must have their own valid visa/work permit for Lithuania.
