Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is stocked and maintained
- Monitor and maintain office budget
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
- Supervise administrative staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with excellent typing skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
