Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect accurate measurements and data on land features, boundaries, and topography
- Analyze survey data to create maps, drawings, and reports
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure accuracy of survey results by double-checking measurements
- Keep detailed records of survey data for future use
- Adhere to all safety procedures while conducting surveys
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements in surveying techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to calculate accurate measurements
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Excellent communication skills for working with project managers and team members
- Detail-oriented with the ability to spot errors or discrepancies in data
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
