Hotel Sales Manager - Kaunas, Lithuania (Indian candidates preferred)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our hotel team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. Your main goal will be to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones, while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and attend meetings as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a hotel sales role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent English language skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with accommodation provided by the hotel. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.
