Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Kaunas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by senior management
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competitor activity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings or events outside of regular office hours
Salary:
1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location:
Kaunas (no English language requirement)
