Job Title: Python Developer


We are currently seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Svalbard. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using the Python programming language. Your role will involve collaborating with other developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python
- Develop software solutions that meet project requirements
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Stay updated with industry developments and trends in the Python community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Python Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the Python programming language, its libraries, and frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Experience with object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Working knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Proven experience in developing web applications using RESTful APIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
