Restaurant Manager (Canadian Applicants)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Ar-Ruwais. As a Canadian, English-speaking applicant, you will have a strong understanding of Canadian cuisine and culture, as well as excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$, and includes accommodation.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Canadian cuisine and culture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service are maintained
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Create and implement cost-saving strategies to increase profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or improve existing ones
