As a Restaurant Manager at our establishment in Salalah, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including budgeting, inventory management and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
